  1. I just want to get back into my running routine. Winter really set me back. I can still run 7.5 miles, but after that my knees start to hurt. I was at 10.5 before winter.

  9. My goal is to find a fitness routine that I can do with my damaged knee! I wear a brace that helps some but I'd love to find a workout that works and doesn't get me in surgery again.

  13. Since January, I've lost over 30 pounds, walked about 150 miles, and completed the C25K (couch to 5K) program. My spring and summer goals are to increase my 5K time (almost an hour right now) and run a 5K in July.
