My boy's carseats and I have a love/hate relationship. I love them because, of course, they keep my baby's safe and secure in the car. But when it comes to getting them buckled in to the seats, it can really be a pain in my rear end! The creators of the Carseat Sidekick also found buckling in their new baby to be an issue so they came up with an awesome solution!
The Carseat Sidekick is a simple device that you clip on to your baby's carseat to keep the straps out of the way when putting your baby into their seat! I was always having to dig the straps out from underneath my boys, which was not fun and made buckling them in take forever! Now with the Carseat Sidekick I don't have to worry about that anymore and buckling them in is super fast and easy! Here's a little video showing how it works:
The carseat sidekick is super easy to use and is soft and safe to be near baby! It takes about 5 minutes to install and will save you tons of time every time you get your baby in and out of the car!
I am really loving the carseat sidekick! Without having to dig the straps out from underneath the boys I can avoid waking them up, avoid irritating or hurting them, and get them strapped in quickly so we can be on our way!
Here's Isaac in his carseat with the Carseat Sidekick in place. He is in a convertible carseat so I did it a little differently than the instructions on the video recommended but it still does exactly what it's supposed to!
I think the Carseat Sidekick is an amazing creation! What parent doesn't want to save some time and avoid upsetting their baby?! This product does just that! I will take anything that will make my hectic life a little easier! Every parent could use a sidekick!
