I hate myself right now :((

I knew I had gained weight! And I put a lot of blame on the birth control I was taking! But I didn't know it was this bad!! :(( I could seriously cry looking at these pictures! January 1st I am going to be dieting and working out hardcore to lose this weight and get in shape!!

I'm so sad!! :(((( I need to get in some serious shape! Starting January 1st!! Ya'll help hold me accountable to that to!

  4. I know I'm not fat :( I just used to be sooo much smaller! And more importantly I'm in horrible shape. I get winded terribly just going up my stairs. Its time to take a little better care of myself.

  6. I think in your defense that the pose in the 2nd picture always makes people look bigger! But I hear ya, I have to lose a few too. Maybe we can all work together!

  10. Dont be hard on yourself mama! Let's support each other. I am training for a 10k in Feb and then want to sign up for a half marathon by spring. I want to loose 20 more pounds in the process so let's support each other!

  11. I understand how hard it can be while balancing being a new mom and new wife and still take that time to care for yourself. Just remember that you can't take care of your family if you don't take care of you. Plus, you ARE a gorgeous woman. So instead of thinking of it as 'I need to lose weight', think of it as 'I need to do something for myself'...whether it is taking time to get into better shape or taking a nap in the afternoon when you just need it. Just don't forget to eat small meals often through the day and drink plenty of water...sometimes it's just a little change that can make a big difference.
