So Isaac is 6.5 months old now and we are really venturing into solids! He's getting solids twice a day and loving it! I received the Tommee Tippee Explora weaning spoons, bowls, and easi-mat to review and the timing has been perfect with Isaac starting solids! We also received the Tommee Tippee truly spill-proof sippy cups to review!
Tommee Tippee has so many things for baby and are available all over the world! They have items such as breast pumps, bottles, pacifiers, and baby monitors! As well as their Explora products! Their website says "Explora® is a progressively staged feeding range, promoting seamless transitions from first sips & tastes to freedom in independent feeding & drinking".
All the Explora have a guided age to them so you know what items will work best for your baby at the age he/she is at!
I LOVE our Explora products we received to review! My favorite are the bowls! They are super easy to use and clean! They are dishwasher and microwave safe so when I'm mixing up Isaac some homemade baby food I can heat it up in the bowl and then when he's done I can just throw it in the dishwasher to wash! The Easi-mat is great because Isaac loves to grab! He tries to grab the spoon and the bowl from me and it usually ends up to be a huge mess! With the Easi-mat he can't get the bowl so there is so much less mess! The spoons are great too but I find them to be a bit short for myself and since Isaac is so grabby my hands always get so messy from him! BUT I think they are perfect for little hands learning how to use utensils and I let Noah, 3, use them often and will let Isaac use them as he learns! Isaac doesn't really know how to use a sippy cup yet but I let Noah use the sippys we received and he loves them! I love how the spout has a top so you don't have to worry about it getting germy and dirty! Because with a little one, that's bound to happen!
Overall I think the Explora items are really great for transitioning to solids foods and learning how to eat with utensils and cups! They are easy for little hands, easy for parents to use, and easy to clean! With Tommee Tippee products I know I am getting quality products that were made to make feeding my baby as easy and enjoyable as possible!
