This works for me EVERY time I have the hiccups!
All you need is a tall glass of water!
Now the first thing you do is hold your breath for at least 10 seconds! More if you can! Then BEFORE you breathe again start gulping the glass of water! Gulp as much as you can before you need to breathe again! Then breathe once you're done! Your hiccups should be gone! Like I said, works for me every time!
This method is the ONLY thing that works for me! :)
ReplyDeleteI usually just gulp the water but maybe I'll hold my breath next time before that and then gulp right away!
ReplyDeleteI will be trying this next time I get hiccups. I get them pretty bad and they hurt.
