30 Days of Truth- Day One

Day 01 → Something you hate about yourself.

Wow there is lots! Right now my body! I've gained more weight than I ever have before (besides being pregnant). I hate the way I look right now. I have the biggest love handles and they just ruin everything! Personality wise, I hate the fact that I let EVERY little thing get to me. If a person cancels plans with me I take it to heart, if someone says something..even if its not mean..I over analyze it. Always! I hate it! I take everything way too seriously and I wish I didn't. :(

  1. I'm an over-thinker and a worrier. It wastes a lot of time and emotion, but that doesn't stop me!

  2. You and me both, girl! On both of those topics. It may help if you keep a journal. That's what I've been doing. Write down scriptures that make you smile. Make list of the most important things in your life. If something happens that makes you over analyze it, read your list and if it doesn't apply to your top 5 or top 10 then do what you can to get yourself in check and let it go. I try this on a regular basis. I don't always succeed. But hey, you can't win if you don't try.
