So I've only been "dieting" for about a week and a half now but so far so good. Hubby let me get some good veggies and I've been snacking on them instead of junk. Plus I'm portioning my meals alot better. And drinking more water. I'm feeling better already and I'm excited to weigh myself Friday and see if I've lost anything. Now I really gotta get motivated to work out more. Last week I only did it twice and I said minimum was gonna be three :( Oh well my excuse is having to go to the ER haha.
